1.0. GENERAL

1.1  When you register, you are required to provide your information that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects.

1.2 We have the right to revise and amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice by changing them on the Site, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented.

1.3 You and we agree that the laws of Malaysia apply to these Terms & Conditions and that any dispute between us arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions will only be dealt with by the courts of Malaysia.

2.0. PRIVACY POLICY

2.1 We collect your Personal Data directly in a number of ways:

• New Registration
• Newsletter subscription
• Purchases
• Product Rating/Comment
• Customer service enquiry

2.2 When you provide us with your Personal Data, we will process it in accordance with this Privacy Notice. If you do not wish us to process your Personal Data in this way, please do not provide us with your personal information.

2.3 We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Personal Data you provide to us against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to your Personal Data.

2.4 We will transfer your Personal Data in the following scenarios:

A. To data analytical firms, such as Google Analytics Inc.

B. With your consent to proceed to share your Personal Data with third parties where required by law.

2.5 If certain requirements are fulfilled, you have the right to:

A. obtain from us confirmation as to whether or not we process Personal Data from you.

B. rectification of inaccurate Personal Data.

C. withdraw your consent for marketing communications

3.0 PAYMENTS

3.1 The price of any Products will be as quoted on the Site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Images of the Products are for illustration purposes only.

3.2 These prices may include applicable local taxes and other applicable charges, but exclude delivery costs. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options.

3.3 We cannot complete your order until you have paid for it in full. Payment can be made by most debit or credit cards and other payment methods acceptable to us, by completing the relevant details on the "Payment" page. We shall not be liable for any credit card or other payment fraud.

3.4 All product prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

3.5 We reserve the right to limit sales including the right to decline sales to any customers.

3.6 Full payment in respect of an order must be made upon the placing of the order. If your payment cannot be processed, the order will not be accepted and you are advised to contact your card issuer to resolve any problem concerning the use of your credit card in order to continue with the order.

3.7 We reserve the right to change the payment terms for any order without prior notice.

3.8 If payment for any order has already been made but the order is not accepted by us, you will be entitled to a refund, depending on the period of time your financial institution needs to arrange the refund. We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

4.0. RETURNS

4.1 We may cancel an order if the Product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.

4.2 You cannot cancel an order once the status is 'Confirmed'.

4.3 Exchange of the product or refund for the product can be arranged for the following reasons:

A. If the product is expired / damaged.

B. If the product ordered is different from the item received.

4.4 Return postage fees are to be borne by the 'Customer'.

4.5 We will inspect the returned product upon return. If one or more of the conditions in paragraph 4.3 above is fulfilled, you are entitled for a refund to be made to you through your payment method.

4.6 Products returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price which you had paid at the point of ordering. Products to be returned must be returned in its original packaging, unused. Items purchased as a set must be returned as a set.

5.0. DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery costs for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak will be charged accordingly to courier flat rates.

5.2 We will deliver the Products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you placed your order.

5.3 We shall notify you if we expect some delay in meeting our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any loss, costs, liabilities, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
